Just what I needed (and should?ve done when I first bought my camera 2 years ago!) Thanks so much, Anthony. I felt a bit guilty that I?ve defaulted to my phone camera but am now feeling confident with my mirrorless camera and am looking forward to exploring and experimenting with it, now I know how. Brilliant course!

It had frozen overnight, and you could see a beautiful layer of ice covering the fields, with a golden sun hanging low in the sky. Perfect lighting for photography. There was a stag on the hill, and we followed him, but eventually we lost sight of him. There were people in the park who weren?t following the rules at all, and dogs were chasing the stag. Even with this beautiful creature, I had to r

It happened in Bristol. It was a frosty, sunny morning. I took a coffee with me and decided to go for a walk before work to a body of water not far from my home. Because it was very cold, steam was rising from the water, and the rays of the morning sun were breaking through the trees. I took out my phone to capture this beautiful moment, and just at that lucky second a duck happened to swim past, making the shot much more interesting and alive. That?s how this photograph was taken.

On a trip up to Beacon Hill to see if the Snow Bunting was still there (very much so), the Long Horn Cattle just seem so relaxed and as always, not worried or disturbed by people and their dogs. I could not resist taking this picture as it to me, was so relaxing and so beautiful. To make it stand out from the crowd, I applied some editing where I removed two colours from the RGB spectrum (red and blue) which, I believe, made the photograph that little bit extra special. Taken with a Sony RX10

This image is a Still Life Composition of "Berries, Wine and Grapes" that I created on a rainy day in my bedroom. I used no fancy Studio Lighting at all.
